Hello there, There it is... the beautiful and colourful... depression. It's ridiculous, but only this season has such connotations with this mood/mental disorder. I don't know why, because when leafs change their tones and everything around has golden and amber colours it makes this season very aesthetic, for me this season is a queen of the year. Only factor that I hate is atmospheric pressure, because it makes us zombies with lack of possibility of thinking, but for that the best is morning coffee :). Unfortunately, today I want to say something about infusions. The truth is that my kitchen cupboards are full of every type of tea, herbs and other stuff that I don't even know what it is. Thanks to my fiancée I can write this entry, she is type of tea-lover who only buys all kind of tea for autumn, but drinks only earl grey (1 cup every week) and that's all. Hello there, I'm thinking all day long: why Starbucks achieved such success? The truth is I never liked their coffee, it's something that I-can-buy-in-every-supermarkt taste. Last weekend I bought there one packet of coffee beans for my new morning friend. Today I've finished this packet and I'm so proud of me that I didn't throw it in the trash. To make this day very special I pleased my second part to make a cake celebrating finish of our tortures. We were visiting their coffee bars and we will for sure, because the truth is that their place frequently are know as an orientation points for young people nowadays. That's all See ya! MB

Hello there, I have not been here for a while, but I sill drink coffee :). The truth is that's like the title says my espresso machine and coffee grinder said "bye-bye my friend :(. For no reason the grinder stopped to grind coffee while my live was changing... so after a very quick decision I'd made was changed too. This is my new morning friend. It's only makes a coffee and that's it, no more features. It makes this coffee fast and in clean way so I don't have to pass through the torture every morning, just one click is what I need to do. Hello there, Maybe it's too late to resolve the title problem. I refer to how to start drinking coffee in another (at least no typical way, only grounded coffee with boiled water or instant). At first, it's good to ask yourself what amount of money you can spend on it. I'll demonstrate few basic options to start it well. The first one can be hario v60 dripper the basic set with dripper, serving pot, 50 paperfilters and plastic spoon which can be used to measure costs approx. £15. Basic Rhinowaveres hand grinder costs approx. £28 and basic gooseneck kettle (you can bought it even for £1, but for check the real cost I will calculate it with £10 price. I assume that everyone has timer and kitchen thermometer. Equals £53. Second one can be Chemex which costs approx. £30 with £10 filters and £28 grinder equals £68 (for 4 cups set). The same price if you want to buy aeropress. Third one can be French press which costs approx. £8 (at Ikea store) with grinder equals £36. And

Hello there, Do you remember last post about Simplio roaster room? I tried another one of their product, this time is not as good as it was the first time... I mean when I buy bright roasted coffee predestined to filter brewing, I want to have in my cup something like Macedonia salad. It's my fault, because I had chosen Aguas de Março before check the taste. Quality of coffee is perfect, but I really didn't go into. There is the taste of carmel and chocolate, but peach or nectarines are still hiding after 10 cups. Well, I'm little disappointed, because I could buy dark roasted coffee and make it in espresso machine and obtain the same taste. However, it's only my opinion, maybe only I'm looking for fruits and this is the Holy Grail for normal people. That's all. See ya! MB

Hello there, Have you ever been disappointed? I mean really disappointed... like if you wouldn't won lottery after waiting much time and spending a lot of money on tickets. I was, exactly, last week when I visited new Costa Coffee at Stary Browar shopping centre. I mean, I had visited this concern before, especially at Monte Casino street in Sopot, and everything was OK always. Well, we ordered kind of sandwich with chorizo, apple pie, latte and Americano. The truth is that my order (lunch with Americano) was regular, nothing special, just as should be. The other part of order wasn't so good, I mean cold latte and Apple pie almost frozen ... you know something like frozen pizza from microwave after 4 min. All order was served at the same time, so nobody was waiting for other one. I will go there next month to check it was only a mistake or routine of this place. See ya! MB
