How to froth a milk without coffee machine

Hello there, Do you want to drink a latte or any kind of coffee with foamed creamy milk, but do not have a steam wand or milk frothing machine? Fortunately, there are several cheaper options to make quite good milk foam. First of all, we can use a traditional milk frother available at Ikea stock for £1, you have to warm milk to 50-60°C and next froth it for 15-20 seconds. If there are bubbles, hit gently  few times with mug on table. Secondly, you can use your Frenchpress. Again warm milk next pour it into Frenchpress and make sieve up and down few times. There are more than that, you can mention your ways to froth milk in comments. See ya! MB

New Name but quality the same

Hello there, I've found out that one of my favourite roaster renamed and now it is Simplo. Order came yesterday ... what a deal! I ordered Ora light-medium roast dedicated for alternative methods. The taste: Dried Fruit, Blueberry and Candy (the best with chocolate cake). I am impressed. Recipe: - Ground 18 of beans at 5 ( in one to ten scale) - make it in whatever you want (I chose chemex, because I hadn't noticed that I have no drip filters) - pour water (88°C) in ratio 100g of water to 6 g of grounded coffee - preinfusion (120g of water) and wait 1 min, next 90g and 90g of water try to not exceed 3.5 min of brewing That's all, See ya! Bulletproof coffee

Hello there, This time I will tell you about a kind of immortality which could be given by coffee :D. I mean a bulletproof coffee. The clue is in regular intake. To the taste everyone has to get used to, because it is a little specific (can improve waking). This recipe requires only three ingredients: - brewed coffee (any kind without instant one ((it's not coffee btw)) - coconut milk - spirulina We have to mix all the ingredients and drink it by mornings every day. It has a lot of functions: can make easier weight losing, can make you immune to illness (colds, gripes etc.), can give you more energy than the normal one and can substitute a breakfast.  In fact, you can also search the web for an alternative recipe which contains the coffee, butter and coconut oil, well, it's also good, but still alternative :D. If the taste is unbearable you can add some kind of spices like cinnamon, cardamom or honey. That's all. See ya! MB
