Hello there! It's snowy outside :). When is a better moment to brew a little espresso, sit down with a book or laptop and admire nature through the window :). So, Today I've a comparison of two quite good espresso coffees of those 10 coffees to try. If you want to learn about how give I notes or which method are preferable, please check previous posts. Etiopia Dijmmah:  Taste profile (by manufacturer): Fresh Cucumber, spicy taste Opininon: A= 3,5/5, L=5/5 !, E=4,25/5 Why: Cucumber :) (it's not a joke!). For Alternative way it's eatable . Well, for Latte it's not mine note, but she was delighted. Espresso was good enough to drink it and not keep it for guests :). Kolumbia Excelso: Taste profile (by manufacturer): sweet fruits, blackcurrant, dark chocolate, green peas Opinion: A=2/5, L=4,5/5, E=4,5/5 Why: It was the best espresso of all this ten coffees, but Alternative was truly unbearable :). It's all for today. See ya! MB

Hello there! Well, we're in December. Every year at this period manufacturers storm us with their products of all kind. One of my favourite online-shops offered a very good coffee beans at the very beneficial price, it's related to their action-sale Coffee of the month,  so I've ordered it. The coffee room is Hard Beans , the name is Fazenda Caxambu, darkroasted for espresso. It was a good break up for the my test of 10 different coffees, here we've speciality coffee beans, so that means selected ones, also very high level of roasters makes it the highest quality coffee. Every aspect of this one is perfect for me. The truth is that this coffee has occupied the top of my favourite coffee's list, for now, it can compete with Kofi Brasil  of KofiBrand (my favourite). Profil taste (manufacturer's information): Moka, cashew nuts, orange. It's awasome as espresso, but copes with milk and other brewing like moka express. A good company for espresso of this o

With every brew, unfortunately, I've been realizing that the roast grade is accidental... But anyway I prepare the same brewings, i.e., Espresso, Latte, Alternative one (usually in Chemex). So this two were quite good. It is my subjective note. For more information about how I'm brewing and appraising it please read the last update. Salwador SHG: Taste profile (of manufacturer): cinnamon and spicy with berries aftertaste. Opinion: Alternative=3/5, Latte=4/5, Espresso=3,5/5. Why: Roasted to dark to conserve the taste as an alternative, in espresso was like others, I mean, nothing original. Brazylia Santos: Taste profile (of manufacturer): mango, melon, orange and black tea.  Opinion: Alternative: 3,25/5, Latte=4/5, Espresso=4/5. Why: Like Salwador roasted to dark and it's impossible to extract tha
