Honduras and Costa Rica

Hello there,
I've tested the two of them, but first I'll describe methodology. Every coffee get three notes, they are very subjective, well, those are on a scale of 1 to 5 and relate to types of coffee, which are alternative (usually brewed  in Chemex), espresso and latte. To be honest, for alternative one is average note of mine and my girlfriend, latte is her opinion and espresso clearly mine. The last thing, Alternative method: 89°C of water temperature, 30 g of grinded coffee (always the same size), extraction time: max. 4 min.

Honduras SHG:
Taste profile (by Roaster room): almonds, dark chocolate, sweetness of peach.
Opinion: Alternative= 3,5/5, Espresso=1/5, Latte=0/5.
Why: The taste in espresso was awful, but coffee was brightroasted (only in this case), so its destination was Alternative, nothing personal :).

Kostaryka SHB:
Taste profile (by Roaster room): dark chocolate, nuts, clove(!).
Opinion: Alternative= 3/5, Espresso= 4, Latte= 4.
Why: This clove was so hardly to sense, even strongly spiced by clove carrot cake didn't help..., but espresso was smooth and not so sour. Darkroasted one.

Well, a lot of this coffee, in my opinion, has wrong roast degree... for fruityfull taste profile they roeasted them extremely dark...
That's all for toady, see ya!

    1. Well, in Poznań you can go to every coffeehouse and ask for, but you can also buy it by internet and prepare by your own :) however it has to be a coffeeshop not a bakery, I can recommend you Stragan cafe and I've heard that Bardzo cafe is really good one, but I have not been there yet :)
