Coffee mug

Hello there,

   Have you ever noticed that the cost of mug can starts over 10 zł (3$)? Well, the question is why it has not an ending prize? At first, we have to divide categories of mugs, because it can be at least produced of every material: paper, ceramic, metal, plastic, aluminium and all of kind materials that is impermeable to water. I will not write about papers ones, because their cost is lower than 10 zł and we can find it everywhere. How about ceramic? Nowadays, ceramic is common material, well is in fashion. You can buy it everywhere, but if you need it to go, you can easily buy it with a silicone lid. The cost starts of 49 zł, it has its points like: is in fashion, there is a lot of patterns. The negative features are more like: is heavy, uncomfortable, if it is fulled with hot water, it's burning, fragile.   

  And plastics ones are in the middle of this comparison, because are not so fragile like ceramic, but can't keep a warm so long like metal/aluminium. The plastic mug is cheaper than the others one (excluding papers ones) and there is a lot of patterns.
 
  Aluminium and metal are the best kind of materials, because: are lights, recyclables, cheap, very plastic and can keep a warm very well. With the last characteristic, of course, it depends of the construction of mug, but generally are used very often by mug's producers. 

 

 The prize depends of material, pattern and construction, so everybody can find something. That's all for today. Feel free to comment! See ya!

    I had the mug from the last picture, it kept warmth really well and literally lasted YEARS... and costed 13 zł haha. Nice job! I like your blog!

Hello there, Do you remember the coffee that I mentioned in the last post entry? That one which time of freshness keeps for 3 months. So today I want to give you some information about it. Well, it's darkly roasted coffee with a mysterious sticker on package... I think that's a strong woman, but maybe it's a picture that shows how somebody could feel after drinking it, I don't know, but it's kind of funny picture, look at it!   So, the aesthetic part we have done, it's good to get down to the taste. Its destination is rather to express machine or French pot than to Chemex or Dripper, because of dark roasted level. El Salvador and Brazil

Hello there This post will be the same as last one, because it's continuation of taste series. Today, I'll present coffee of Brazil and El Salvador. With every brew, unfortunately, I've been realizing that the roast grade is accidental... But anyway I prepare the same brewings, i.e., Espresso, Latte, Alternative one (usually in Chemex). So this two were quite good. It is my subjective note. For more information about how I'm brewing and appraising it please read the last update. Salwador SHG: Taste profile (of manufacturer): cinnamon and spicy with berries aftertaste. Opinion: Alternative=3/5, Latte=4/5, Espresso=3,5/5. Why: Roasted to dark to conserve the taste as an alternative, in espresso was like others, I mean, nothing original. RIP [*] my espresso machine...

Hello there, I have not been here for a while, but I sill drink coffee :). The truth is that's like the title says my espresso machine and coffee grinder said "bye-bye my friend :(. For no reason the grinder stopped to grind coffee while my live was changing... so after a very quick decision I'd made was changed too. This is my new morning friend. It's only makes a coffee and that's it, no more features. It makes this coffee fast and in clean way so I don't have to pass through the torture every morning, just one click is what I need to do.
